Paul and I are on our third wedding trip for the year. This final wedding brought us to Europe, off the boat, during a very rainy and stormy time in the Caribbean. We are enjoying being bit by mosquitos on a whole other continent. But we are sending our best wishes to our friends that are currently in storms’ paths.
I wanted to fill in a quick update on our current and future plans. we’ll be back to the Tintas soon (incidentally being in Barcelona we have been seeing the word Tinta all over- including the Picasso museum, where a lot of his work was done with Tinta y Papel). Once we return, our goal is to continue on the process of sprucing her up and getting her restocked for our first ever boat guests.
Once hurricane season for 2022 is “officially over” (insurance words, not gods), we can begin our trek back up north again, where we intend to Christmas and New Year’s in Sint Maarten again- where we will be doing some more work- (air conditioner) and finally rechristening our gal Tintass.

You heard that right! Our paperwork finally came in, in the same timely fashion that everything has occurred, and we have the US coast guard’s Legal *not their words* blessing to change the name of our vessel. So sometime soon, we’ll be doing a super big amazing reveal.
That’s all for now. Big congratulations to Erin and Drew who tied the knot last weekend, to Cindy and Todd who tied the sailors love knot in May, and to Sam and Ken who made it sexy and legal in July. A big year for love, and we are radiating in gratitude for the chance to witness it.
love
Lindsay and Paul
